- modernization of 3* hotel Halo Toruń, in which we were responsible for the interior design, procurement and installation of equipement
- modernization on a turnkey basis Halo Hel hotel (formerly named Cassubia) in terms of interiors, installations and facades
- modernization of office space EQTEK in Business Park building in Cracow
- renovation works in several residential properties, a shopping mall, a school and an office building
- support for a French investor as a substitute investor in the modernization and the rebranding of hotel Jurine (formerly named Mitte) in Berlin

GALLERY INTERIOR DESIGN
The interiors we design combine minimalist aesthetics with warm color accents and natural materials. There is a prevailing harmony between the simplicity of forms and subtle decorative elements.
The interiors reflect a variety of styles – from industrial touches (e.g., brick walls and metal details) to delicate Scandinavian inspirations with light colors and natural wood. Each project is unique, tailored to the character of the place.
We pay special attention to details. Designer lamps, wall art, or touches of greenery in the form of plants add coziness to the space, creating a welcoming atmosphere as well as a cohesive and visually appealing effect.

BEGGINNINGS AND MISSION
by Founder Bogdan CzajkowskiThe establishment of HRCA is the culmination of my 25 years of experience in managing construction investments as part of the development of global brands such as Casino, Auchan, Carrefour, and Accor.A key stage of my career was a decade of working for the Accor network – the largest hotel group in Europe – where I oversaw the construction and modernization of hotels in Poland and the Baltic countries. It was a time of intensive transformation for dozens of hotel properties, involving a radical upgrade of their standards and adaptation to current trends and regulations. It was during this period that my passion for creating atmospheric, modern hotels was born.Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to take on various roles, such as designer, project manager, investment coordinator, substitute investor, director of investment and technical maintenance, and investment advisor.This versatile experience allows me today to view the investment process from the perspective of key participants – from investors to contractors. As a result, I have a deep understanding of their diverse needs, challenges, and conditions related to implementing investment projects. This enables me to foster real and effective collaboration based on positive communication, trust, and a shared goal.While working with Accor franchise partners, I advised on the execution of several hotel projects, particularly in terms of product optimization and investment expenditures.Through this work, I gained unique experience in tailoring solutions to meet individual client needs and expectations while maintaining even the most demanding brand standards and ensuring cost efficiency.
